Missoula, Montana Regional Brownfields Workshop
Date(s): September 4, 2008
Location: City Hall Missoula, MT ,United States
Cost: $25
Description:
On September 4th, 2008, the City of Missoula and NALGEP hosted the first Montana Brownfields Redevelopment Workshop.

This one day event brought together experts, practitioners, local governments, NGOs, and others from around Montana and the United States to discuss their solutions for the cleanup and redevelopment of Brownfields. The day began with a general information session, followed by more specific breakout sessions that addressed issues such as managing liability and working effectively with government and agency partners.

This workshop provided useful information to those who attended, and it was a rare opportunity for Montana's Brownfield community to come together, share ideas and challenges, and learn from practitioners.

Those who attended:
Local Municipal Officials
Municipal Planning Personnel
Community Groups and Citizens
Consultants
State and Federal Officials
