MN Brownfields Workshop: Mankato
Date(s): April 20, 2010
Location: Mankato, MN ,United States
Cost: $25
Description:
On April 20th, 2010 the Midwest Assistance Program, Inc. and Minnesota Brownfields hosted the Minnesota Brownfields Redevelopment Workshop in Mankato, MN in association with NALGEP.

This one day event brought together experts, practitioners, local governments, and others from around Minnesota and the United States to discuss their solutions for the cleanup and redevelopment of Brownfield sites. The day began with a general information session, followed by more specific sessions that addressed issues such as sustainability, managing liability and working effectively with government and agency partners.

This workshop provided useful information to those who are interested in learning about Brownfields as well as those who are experts in the field. It also provided an opportunity for greater Minnesota's Brownfield community to come together, share ideas and challenges, and learn from practitioners.
