Slides Available: May 28th NALGEP Webinar on Keys to Successful Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Administration
Posted by: rita
For nearly two decades, the U.S. EPA has awarded Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Grants to communities so that they can capitalize brownfields redevelopment revolving loan funds and provide subgrants for cleanup activities. While challenging, many communities have had the right mix of marketing, developer interest, and administrative tenacity to use the RLF to vault forward in brownfields redevelopment. In this webinar, RLF project managers in Milwaukee WI, Cuyahoga County OH, and western North Carolina discussed their successful administration of brownfields RLFs. The speakers went through key aspects of their RLFs, from setup, to marketing, to leveraging additional financing, to specific redevelopment projects. Click here to access the slides.
